MICHAEL LEJEUNE

Michael is a Louisiana farm kid turned Army SIGINT veteran turned executive coach. He's been coaching business owners since 2004, built RSM Federal into a seven-figure company, and has three Amazon #1 bestselling books. He also hosts Game Changers for Government Contractors, a podcast running over a decade strong with more than 1 million downloads.

At the core of it all, he helps CEOs SAVE TIME, make FASTER DECISIONS and SCALE.

NATASHA COLLIER

Natasha runs the business behind the business. Director of Ops, content manager, martial artist and mum, born and raised in Brisbane. She's obsessed with self-development, numerology rabbit holes, ice baths and is a big believer in masculine and feminine energy done right. Her superpower? Having a diamond mindset. She also proudly holds the world title for being #1 black belt fun factory household member.

Her motto? Addicted to WINNING. In love with FEAR. Lucky with OPPORTUNITIES.

our story

Before they were Mr and Mrs Delicious, Michael was living in Tennessee and Natasha was in Brisbane, Australia. Michael signed up for life and relationship coaching, and guess who one of his coaches was... Natasha. A few months after it wrapped up, he reached out to check in. As a thank you for all the coaching, Michael flew 9,000 miles to take her to dinner. Neither of them has looked back.

Michael and Natasha attended the VETS2026 conference in New Orleans, where Michael was speaking. Everyone who heard their love story said the same thing: "You two need a podcast." And Suspiciously Delicious was born!

Michael is the master of business; Natasha, the master of masculine and feminine energy. Their mission? To show you can build a successful business and a thriving relationship without compromise. Because the right person makes anything possible.
